From 11 to 12 March you are welcome in our booth 15.1 at the Trade Fair in Naaldwijk.
Caipirinha® has twice been named hydrangea variety with the best shelf life in the FloraHolland test. In 2017 the growers Tom and Marjanne van den Berg from Van den Berg Est and their Caipirinhas became the prize winners. In 2019 Tim van Leeuwen submitted his Caipirinha plants for the annual shelf life test and won the Hortensia Award 2019. In 2018 the variety was judged second.
The white-green Caipirinha® from HBA that shows ever-changing white-green hues is so far the only hydrangea variety that has twice won the Benchmark Shelf Life.
In the benchmark, the chain from grower to consumer is simulated in the Royal FloraHolland Knowledge Center. The FPC indoor and garden Hydrangea is co-initiator of the benchmark. Hydrangea growers can register their varieties for this challenge.
